How it works

  • 1. Submit. Create a seller account and add the property details, price and photos.
  • 2. We review. Our team checks the listing for accuracy and completeness. Nothing is published until it passes review — usually within one working day.
  • 3. Optional verification. Ask for a site visit and we will confirm the deed, survey plan and boundaries in person. Listings that pass carry the Verified badge, which buyers filter for.
  • 4. Go live. Your property appears in the relevant category, in search, and in our sitemap for search engines.

What we ask for

A clear title and description, an honest price, the town and district, and at least one photograph. For land, the plot size in perches and whether a clear deed is available. For houses, the bedroom and bathroom count and the floor area.

Commission

Where a Mihil Holdings broker introduces the buyer, commission is charged at the rate agreed when the property is assigned to them. That rate is fixed to your listing at the point of assignment, so it cannot change under you mid-sale.
